Payments may be made in check or debit/credit.
I do not accept any insurances and payment is due at the time of your appointment. However, a majority of insurance companies now have an “out of network” benefit. In this case, I can provide a ‘superbill’, which acts as an invoice for services rendered. After submitting this to your insurance company, you may then be reimbursed the percentage covered by your insurance.
